Unresolved Comments Search

You can reach the search window by clicking the link within the more actions menu:

Clicking on this icon will load the "Search Unresolved Comments" window:

In-product help

For more specific information about each search filter, function buttons, and search results, please click on the  icon to load the in-product help.

 

In this window, you can limit your search by using the following filters:

  • space (your current space will be filled in by default, and to search all spaces, leave the field blank).

  • mentioned users (leave the field blank to search for all users)

More filters are available by clicking on the more fields toggle:

  • comment text

  • commenting user (the user who created the comment)

  • created after date (click in the field to show the calendar)

  • created before date

Clicking on the "Search" button will begin the search, and you will get a list of comments similar to that of the standard Confluence search.

If you click on the checkbox to also search comment replies, comment replies will also be displayed in your search results, and if the parent comment is part of the search results, the comment replies will be displayed directly underneath their parent.

Clicking on a link will open it in a new window, so you don't have to worry about losing your place.

 

Load previous search

By clicking the icon on the right side of the window, you can reload the previous search. Currently this is limited to only one step back.
